After the sermon on Sunday morning, a young boy named Jacob handed our team a beautifully colored picture with an inspiring quote: “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.” (Matthew 22:37) He reminded us that the purpose of our camp is to bring glory to God, the ultimate goal of mankind’s existence. As Psalm 8 says, “from the lips of children and infants you have ordained praise, to silence the foe and the avenger.”
Once the campers arrived around 3:00, we entered a whirlwind of activity, ranging from choreography and dancing to singing and theater games. The day ended well, with team Omega preparing for the next camp day. That’s all for now! Signing off, Team Omega.
