2020 Internship Applications

WELCOME. We are glad you are here! Lamplight Artists’ summer internship application is a 4-part process.

PART 1

Part 1 is a simple questionnaire which covers basic personal and health information.

PART 2

Part 2 requires the completion of a more in-depth questionnaire.  It is also where you will provide references. Please be ready to provide emails and physical addresses of two people who have agreed to serve as your references. Your referees will be notified via email that you have submitted their names, and  will be asked to complete an online recommendation form. Applicants applying for the Team Lead position will need to provide a third reference who will submit a more formal Letter of Recommendation.

PART 3

Because of our work with children, a criminal background check is required of all applicants. Please complete, download, and sign the authorization form.  Forms should then be mailed to the address provided.

PART 4

Part 4 is a personal interview. Once our Intern Selection Team has reviewed and made their initial selections of prospective candidates, we will begin contacting and scheduling personal interviews. It may be in-person, via Skype, or a telephone interview. Once all interviews are completed our team will finalize internship offers for our 2019 season. All applicants will receive a final notice of their status.
